A dark haired male tossed from side to side in the uncomfortable bed and finally awoke to the srong smell of Shepherd's Pie. With a slight grunt of distaste he pushed the covers over his head.
"Ah ah ah, Mr Fowler." Came a caring voice from the other side of the room that grew louder and closer, gently taking the covers away from his head. "You carry on like this and all your tubes will come out!" A middle-aged smiling face looked down on him with an expression of true care and concern.
"Come on now, what would you like to eat?"
She rolled a trolly over and adjusted her nurse's hat so it wouldn't topple off.
"Nothing, leave me be." came the gruff reply of Liam's voice. It was true that he never ate much during human form, prefered to wait for a feast on the night of a full moon. Looking under the covers, he realised he was wearing a hospital gown and a pair of second-hand pajamas.
"What the.." he sat up in bed and looked around.
"Why am I in hospital?!" he shouted, lip curled in an unusual way for a human and eyes glaring to the female nurse.
"You were found in the gutter dearie with multiple injuries."
She walked off, rather miffed at his temper, only leaving a yoghurt incase he got peckish.
Liam slumped back in bed, counting on his fingers, he began to panic. It was long till there wasn't another full moon... he had to get out and soon.

Leanne rushed into the ward and Liam's eyes lit up, she'd come after all.
Wildly looking around the room she looked for anybody she vaguely knew and her eyes relaxed as they spotted Liam.
"I'm guessing you called me?" she asked, a look of displeasure on her face having turned up, "I should have guessed." Crossing her legs and suddenly feeling slightly concious of herself, she recalled the time in the park where she'd led him on that slight bit over the line.
Liam smiled, no matter how uncomfortable she looked.
"Look, you were the last person I wanted to disturb, I know you and Mike are happy... Although I don't know why you're with him... Anyway, I need you to get me out of here, I can't be in here for the... you know... Full moon." He whispered to her, begging her and taking her hand, which she quickly pulled away.
"Visiting time is over in quarter of an hour, you'll all be able to return in a couple of hours!" Called out the Matron.
Liam gave her his best ever pleading eyes, those of a puppy and sat with his arms dangled. Leanne rolled her eyes and stood up. "Get changed, I'll say I'm taking you no matter what."
She walked gracefully over to the counter and told the nurse of the news and that he was her brother, that he would heal better at home in his own comforts. The nurse gave her approval and Leanne signed him out and left quickly, Liam following after her with his bags.
