Not long after leaving the skate park Cory and Ali finally arrive at the train station where they find that it is exceptionally quiet...you could hear a pin drop in the solitudinal silence.
Cory limps his way to a waiting seat
Phew....finally here! Next time you dare me to jump a fence, don't laugh just because you know I won't make it....it puts me off!
Cory giggled. Then suddenly a voice came over the speakers.
DING! DONG! THE NEXT TRAIN TO ARRIVE AT PLATFORM THREE IS THE.....HUH.....OH MY MISTAKE
It all went stone quiet again.

she looked at 'im, puzzled. she took the seat next to 'im and looked around.
What was that about?
she asked 'im softly. she hide her fangs again to look more humanish. she didn't like being so open in the public like this, but she would mange.

Do you remember any of your human life? That's if indeed you were human before!
Cory looked at a timetable located next to his seat on a stand.
Like my nails? Cory said, completely out of the blue.
Cory beamed a smile. A smile he never really gave out before.

I remember mine too...I was grieving over the abduction of my father....he was taken away by vampires and I hated them.....but now......look at me.....I'm one too now!
Cory wiped a tear that glided down his cheeky.
You can't see me crying...should I go....I must look like such a wimp of a vampire crying here...sorry....I'll go.
Cory stood up....and literally flew across the tracks and landed in the middle of track #4.

Ara, a name that many vampires new about now since she was not one to show mercy to those who were wimps. Her black hair blew lightly behind her as she walked into the station and stared at the two vampires with her poisonous blue eyes that seemed to glow like blue fire in the dark. "What are you two doing playing on the train tracks?" she muttered sarcastically and smiled, fangs showing lightly. She wouldn't bother hurting one of them, they deserved it. Lowering her head alittle, her black hair slid into her face and blocked some of the blue fire like eyes as if to tell them not to burn anyone.

Cory laughed.

she backed up, not liking someone else with them. she turned her back some to the stranger.
No, I don't.
she replied softly, her smile or what happiness she had, now hiden from view, away in her heart. she didn't like this stranger on bit. she just didn't like the feel at all

Cory sensed that Ali was feeling uneasy and hissed at the stranger. (Was Cory having a soft spot for Ali or was it just Cory's fate to despise the stranger?)

Cory's voice echoed around the empty station.

She looked at Cory in surpirse. She didn't understand why his mood changed, did she cause something? She moved to his side as she looked up at him. She relaxed, feeling safe with him. She lifted her hand to his arm and lightly touched him.
Lets Just Go
She said taking his hand as she tried to lead him away from the stranger. She had a soft, gentle smile to try to ensure Cory that she was ok.

She smiled as he put his arm around her. She looked up at him as she relaxed into him, leaning slitly on him.
But ain't I to young to go to a nightclub, and plus I don't know how to dance...
She looked down, slowing her pace.

What was left of a heart in Cory was filled with happiness as he had never been asked by anyone if HE wanted to do anything...he was always ORDERED to do something.
